The meeting was held at the Darrington fire station and president Martha Rasmussen opened the meeting.
Approval of Last Meeting’s Minutes:
Rick Knight motioned to “approve the minutes of the Darrington Strong general meeting of June 17, 2019”. Ken Milton seconded and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report and Approval of Budget:
Martha submitted the Treasurer’s Report for review. Drew Bono motioned “to approve the budget”, JoAnn Milton seconded and the motion carried.
New Business:
Friends of Fortson: Martha said the county wants us to fill out a “small projects application”. No vote required by the Board until “project actions” are identified. Martha submitted the application.
Darrington Events: JoAnn updated us on the upcoming Darrington street fair and motorcycle event planning and budget.
